16th October 2023. The program preparations were really good, Jackie was always willing to help me with any questions quickly and efficiently. She also sent me reminders for important dates such as the US Embassy appointment, my pre-departure, the start of the program and more. In addition, all the team was fantastic and they focused on doing well at every stage of the program.
