Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Serve as the company's voice of the customer to cross-functional partners including Sales, Product Support, Accounting, Warehouse, Marketing, and Management.
• Become familiar with ordering processes including interfacing with customers, vendors and internal teams to provide a smooth process.
• Become involved in lead generation using multiple platforms (initiation of consumer interest or inquiry into products or services of a business).
• Assist with the sales process from lead generation to closing opportunities.
• Maintain and develop the international client base through sales calls, presentations, tradeshow attendance, networking.
