• Assist in sales calls and support after-call documentation.
• Gather surveyed clients' feedback after trips and plan for improvements of tours.
• Conduct research on competitors, pricing, trip itinerates, market presence.
• Present findings of research on competitors and the market.
• Assist in social media development to boost sales and SEO exposure.
• Creation of short-term and long-term sales and marketing strategies to strengthen company revenue.
• Create professional marketing videos, photos, flyers, posters, and other promotional material.
• Implement new marketing strategies and materials that the intern helped to create.
