To qualify for this category you must:

Have a secured internship placement with a company in the United States that is no longer than 12 months in duration.
Be a foreign national who is either:
1) Currently enrolled in and pursuing a degree in a post-secondary academic institution outside of the United States.
2) Already graduated (within 12 months from the program start date) from a post-secondary academic institution outside of the United States, and intend to participate in a structured and guided work-based internship program in your specific academic field.
Know English well enough to perform successfully in your internship.
Plan to leave the United States within 30 days of your internship program completion.
