Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities while supporting lead generation efforts and prospect outreach activities.
• Prepare client presentations and support business development projects, reporting, and related initiatives.
• Analyze emerging AI trends and competitor activity.
• Assist with customer relationship management activities while supporting client meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing communication.
• Maintain CRM records and sales documentation by using AI powered workflows.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree and/or relevant work experience.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Interest or experience in business development, technology and AI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
