The candidate will contribute to client engagements, support project delivery, and gain valuable insights into consulting and business transformation projects. Role and Responsibilities:

• Support senior consultants in the planning and execution of client projects.
• Conduct research, data collection, and business analysis to support project objectives.
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and client use.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to project coordination activities.
• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and best practices relevant to client engagements.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn and develop consulting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
