The position offers hands-on experience across various aspects of event management. Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from preparation through post-event evaluation.
• Support ticketing operations and attendee communications to help ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist with venue research, supplier coordination, and logistical preparations.
• Provide on-site support during events, including registration, guest assistance, and operational coordination.
• Maintain event documentation, schedules, and administrative records while supporting the team with day-to-day activities.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interest or experience in event management.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in working with digital tools and online platforms.
