Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional food and beverage service to hotel and restaurant guests while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Ensure meals and beverages are served promptly, correctly, and presented professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, dining, and service areas at all times.
• Handle payments, operate point-of-sale systems, and process transactions accurately.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures to ensure compliance with hospitality regulations and company standards.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere by responding to guest needs and supporting overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Experience or interest in hospitality, customer service and food and beverage.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional attitude and approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment and remain calm under pressure while maintaining a strong standard of service.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff across different departments.
