Description:

A fast-growing e-commerce fulfillment company based in Los Angeles has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to assist in supporting daily operations. The successful candidate will gain practical experience in supply chain coordination, transportation planning, and client communication while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing and coordinating customer orders.
• Support daily warehouse and fulfillment operations, whilst monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock management.
• Prepare orders for shipment, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and track shipments while updating order statuses in the system.
• Communicate with suppliers and carriers regarding deliveries, shipping schedules, and order updates to help ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Assist with customer and supplier queries, helping to resolve shipping, delivery, and fulfillment issues promptly while providing excellent service and support.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree and/or relevant work experience.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities, with a strong attention to detail.
