A travel company based in Miami is seeking a Product Development trainee to join their team. Focusing on European vacations, the company is looking for an individual interested in developing and enhancing travel products to create exceptional customer experiences. Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance new and existing travel products to meet client needs and market trends.
• Support the creation and management of supplier contracts, including gathering and organizing documentation.
• Prepare and maintain files and reports for the Product Manager to support decision-making.
• Assist in negotiating contracted rates with suppliers and service providers.
• Build, update, and maintain product inventory and pricing information.
• Coordinate accommodations and services, creating detailed and accurate itineraries.
• Manage and follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and service improvement.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree and/or relevant work experience.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interest in travel, tourism, or product development.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen eye for accuracy and detail.
