Role and Responsibilities:

• Support the analysis and evaluation of real estate development and investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research and gather data on real estate trends, urban development, and investment activity.
• Assist in the preparation of feasibility studies, presentations, reports, and client deliverables.
• Contribute to urban planning and architectural research related to ongoing projects.
• Support project coordination activities and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of planners, architects, and legal advisors.
• Assist in the review and organization of project documentation, planning regulations, and development requirements.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Interest or experience in real estate markets, development processes, architecture, or urban planning.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct research and interpret data effectively.
• Proficiency in preparing professional reports and presentations.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic consulting environment.
