The club offers weekly training sessions, races, running events, and social activities. The candidate will assist with event organization, administrative tasks, and training program coordination. Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and coordination of weekly training sessions, events, and social activities.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, record management, and communication with members.
• Support the organization and logistics of running events and community gatherings.
• Assist coaches and trainers in the preparation and delivery of training courses and workshops.
• Help manage participant registrations, attendance tracking, and event documentation.
• Contribute to the improvement of operational processes and member experience initiatives.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Strong passion for sports, running, and promoting an active lifestyle.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in common office software and digital tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
