Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading walking tours under supervision of experienced guides.
• Support delivery of basic storytelling about Amsterdam’s history, culture, and landmarks.
• Help ensure guests have a safe, friendly, and enjoyable tour experience.
• Assist with group coordination, including timing, pacing, and route support.
• Share local tips and recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and activities.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interest in Amsterdam, tourism, and cultural storytelling.
• Comfortable and confident speaking in front of small groups and answering questions with guidance and support.
• Physically able to walk for extended periods in different weather conditions.
• No prior tour guiding experience required, but enthusiasm for hospitality and learning is essential.
