Role and Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth delivery of tours and travel services.
• Assist in planning and developing engaging tour itineraries tailored to customer interests and travel requirements.
• Help coordinate bookings, schedules, and customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Contribute to marketing and promotional activities, including social media content and campaign support.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about tours, destinations, and services.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support seamless tour operations.
• Provide on-the-ground support where required to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interest or experience in tourism, marketing or business development.
• Creative thinking and the ability to contribute ideas for tours, itineraries, and promotional activities.
• Administrative and computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and online booking systems.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn about the tourism industry and operational processes.
